Butyl hot melt sealant is made of butyl rubber as base material, adding an appropriate amount of reinforcing agent and viscosifier. The product has excellent resistance to ultraviolet aging, very low water vapor transmittance and good bonding strength to glass and metal. It has been widely used for the inner channel seal of insulating glass, and its technical performance ranks advanced in China.
