SGP film is a laminated glass ionic polymer intermediate film, excellent performance, tear strength is five times that of ordinary PVB film, hardness is 30-100 times that of PVB film. At low deformation rate, SGP laminated glass exhibits elastic-plastic characteristics, while at high deformation rate, SGP has strong rigidity. SGP laminated glass has almost the same bending strength as a single piece of glass with the same thickness. Compared with other intermediate film laminated glass, SGP laminated glass has higher strength and rigidity, which can effectively reduce the glass thickness, especially for point supported glass.
